If you aren't happy...Ugh - that is a tough one. If you aren't happy, eventually it's going to eat at you and you'll bring it home (at least that's what happened to me at my old job). IMO, you need to believe in what you are doing to be successful and happy. If you don't believe in it, it's tough to get up each day. I think I'd probably try and move back to dentistry if you can make good money and find something that's somewhat flexible. Even if you lose some vacation time temporarily, in the long run, you'll be happier which is more important. Just my 2 cents!
